There were dark marks on the bag similar to scuff marks. Luckily I was able to remove them with soap and warm water, which I shouldn't have had to do short of returning it. Also the top zip was not sown down across the entire top of the bag leaving a gap in secure closure. I managed to secure the unsown portion of the zip to the belt loop. I may just return it because items can still fall out the bag from the gap and the bag is already showing a propensity to crease marks and dents. Style concepts are good but your merchandise always seem to lack quality.

In my opinion, the strap is tacky and short .. for comparison I’m 5’5 and it doesn’t even go to my hip . But for the bag itself , it’s hugeeee and could hold a lot of things..Which is great . So overall I give it 4 stars!!
